Scene from the balcony terrace of the Hotel Verbano on the island of Pescatori in Lake Maggiore,Italy. Two couples from the United States have just finished a couple of bottles of wine, celebrating a wonderful day of companionship and sightseeing. The sun has gone behind the mountain in glorious color and night has begun to descend. Now the question that needs to be answered....have they gone downstairs for a scrumptious Italian dinner at the Ristorante Verbana or has the long day and the bottles of wine taken their toll and sent them sleepily away to their living quarters. I'll let you decide the end to the story....
