so titled because you are looking at a beautifully unique mixture of lavender and blue flower known as "catnip"...or as some call it cat-mint because it is a member the mint family. The official name is nepia. But whatever you call it, its a wonderful lead-in to a photograph of beauty in contrasting and complimentary colors of lavender, blue, green,brown turquoise and sand. A peek-a-boo look through towering Mexican Feather grass to a sandy beach, boats at anchor and the horizon way off into the distance. As peaceful and serene a place that you can ever hope for.
